Nasha, whose real name is Noraishah Abdul Aziz, received a Chopard designer ring and seven trays of gifts from Mohd Helmi?s family.
Nasha said both families had agreed to fix the engagement period for a year.
Nasha, 35, and Mohd Helmi, 28, got to know each other about four years ago when they met on a film shoot.
